Monika De La Cruz Monika De La Cruz began her career with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in October 2002. Starting as a Clerk in the Reports Section, she advanced to Clerk Analyst with HIDTA and currently serves as a Crime Analyst with CAID. She provides investigative support, conducts tactical analysis, and digs into data to create actionable intelligence and visual products. Monika is passionate about continuous learning and teaching others.
Kimber Burks-Reece Kimber Burks-Reece is a Crime & Intelligence Analyst with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, currently assigned to the Houston Area Crime Gun Intelligence Center at ATF. She began her career with HCSO in 2005 and moved into an analyst role in 2009. Over the years, she has worked in RTCC, Homicide Division, and Violent Crime, and currently focuses on gun crimes and shootings connected through ballistics leads.
Staci Foat Staci Foat is a Crime Analyst with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, bringing 12 years of experience providing intelligence data in support of investigative operations, with a concentration in cell phone analysis. Staci is passionate about sharing knowledge and learning from fellow analysts, fostering collaboration that strengthens investigative outcomes.
Jacquelyn Porche’ Jacquelyn Porche’ will mark her first year as a Crime Analyst with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in June. She began her career with HCSO in 2021 as a Detention Officer in housing and has contributed to investigations focused on human trafficking.
Ana Ortiz Ana Ortiz began her career with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in 2021 as a Detention Officer, supervising both male and female inmates. She later transferred to the Women’s Empowerment Center (W.E.C.) and joined the Human Trafficking Unit as an Analyst, conducting investigations, disrupting trafficking networks, and identifying sources of narcotics in custody. She recently transitioned to a Crime Analyst role, providing jail intelligence and supporting operations both inside and outside the jail.
