Geotime User Certification Exam

The GeoTime user Certification Exam is an advanced class for users who have completed Levels 1 & 2. This class will use case studies to check user understanding, ability and culminate in a pass/fail case study evaluation. A certificate of designation will be issued to participants who successfully pass the course.

Geotime Call Record Analysis Level 2

Call Record Analysis Level 2 is an advanced class for users that have completed Level 1. This class will focus on advanced importing workflows and producing presentations for court. A certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants.

Geotime Call Record Analysis Level 1

Call Record Analysis Level 1 class provides hands-on training for personnel involved in criminal investigations, criminal prosecution and crime analysis. This class will cover cell site analysis workflows, including CDR formatting, mapping of CDRs and reporting. A certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants.

Data Analysis With Microsoft Access®. (Five-Part Webinar Series Recording)

This training series is designed to provide  law enforcement personnel with the tactical training necessary to analyze agency data to develop data-driven and measurable deployment strategies. At the end of this block of instruction, the participant will be able to describe and explain the purpose of crash and crime analysis, data sources, and the data structures in the relational database Microsoft Access®.

GIS: Mapping and Hot Spot Identification (Three-Part Webinar Series Recording)

Presented by: IADLEST and TXDOT         

This training series is designed to provide participants with the tools necessary to  utilize ArcGIS to map and analyze agency data and develop data-driven and  measurable deployment strategies designed to support the implementation of the Data Drive Approaches to Crime and Traffic Safety (DDACTS) model. At the end of this block of instruction, the participant will be able to navigate the ArcGIS application, geocode crash and crime data, and represent that data in a variety of different types of “hot spots.”
